One-piece CNC machined. 
Material: Aluminum AL-6061-T6.  
Diameter upper site (1 screw) 27.2mm to hold the seatpost. 
Diameter lower site (2 screws) 31.8mm to hold the frame. 
It fits frames with an external diameter of 31.8 mm. 

The 3b Double Seatpost clamp is approx. 1.5 cm higher than the standard 2-screw clamp.
